Orders are shipped on business days only. business days are Monday TO Friday, excluding holidays.
We generally ship our orders within 3 to 7 business days. However, the above mentioned delivery terms are not guaranteed.
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a message with the tracking number of the order.
Depending on the time of day that you place your order, your order will arrive in 2-4 business days. Express orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Please note that orders for select products may take up to 6 business days to be delivered. The estimated delivery time will be displayed during your order placement.

- Any order being shipped to a destination outside of the united states may be subject to import duties and taxes.
the order total presented at checkout will be the exact amount that you will be billed.
All tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the customer’s local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value. If the customer fails to retrieve their package, the cost to return the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
- When placing an order for delivery outside the united states, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you.
- Some items may require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items; therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
- All prices are shown in u.s. dollars ($USD). the item price is exclusive of any import duties, taxes and shipping charges. such fees will be calculated at the time of checkout, and will be displayed as the international handling fee, also in u.s. dollars ($USD).
Items will ship from Jones-town, Pennsylvania (United States), and also from Rabat, Morocco to cover the European orders, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.
Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.

The delivery price depends on the order value and on the service requested.

*The fulfillment process for most orders of in-stock items begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. these items will be shipped once your payment is approved, the item is located, and the shipping address is verified.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE:
Updates on your order status will be sent to you by email. You may also follow your order online by logging into your FlyingWhales © account.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been placed.
At this time, the order status in your account is "Submitted".
Some orders require additional validation.
Once your order has been approved, its status in your account changes to "Confirmed".
As your order is being prepared, its status changes to "In Preparation".
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, as well as an invoice.
Depending on your preferred shipping method, the status of your order changes to "Home Delivery: Shipped".
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive an email confirmation of delivery, as well as an invoice.
The order status in your account changes to "Delivered".
